[grub] update Grub4DOS to latest

* NB: While the MBR itself didn't change, the Grub4DOS files  were also
  updated on the server. See http://rufus.akeo.ie/files/grub4dos-0.4.5c/
  and http://rufus.akeo.ie/files/grub4dos-0.4.6a/
* Closes #676
