[vds] improve VDS calls

Browse source 
* Make sure that instantiated objects are released.
* Factorize the instantiating of disk interfaces.
* Allow the provision of an offset to delete a single partition.
* Add a ListVdsVolumes() call (which is pointless since Microsoft *CRIPPLED* its VDS implementation).
